3 Festive Pet Cookies that SLEIGH

Let’s face it…Santa isn’t the only one who enjoys a good cookie during the holiday season, and your pets are no exception! 🎅🍪 Spoil your favorite four-legged friend this year with these pet-friendly cookie recipes that are sure to get tails wagging 😋 

❄️ Hound & Gatos Frozen Snowflake Treats ❄️

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Hound & Gatos Wet Food for Dogs or Cats in the flavor of your choice (we recommend festive flavors like Turkey & Liver or Chicken & Liver!)
  • Water

Directions:

  1. If you’re using Hound & Gatos Wet Food for Cats, empty the entire can into a bowl and add ⅛ cup of water. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. If you’re using Hound & Gatos Wet Food for Dogs, empty the entire can into a bowl and add ½ cup of water. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Fill a snowflake cookie mold with the food and water mixture and smooth the top with a baking spatula.
  4. Place into the freezer and freeze overnight.
  5. Pop the frozen cookies out of the mold and serve for the pawfect wintry treat!

🤍 Shepherd Boy Farms Peanut Butter Goat’s Milk Cookies 🤍

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Shepherd Boy Farms Freeze-Dried Raw Goat’s Milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, rolled oats, and baking powder. Then, add in Shepherd Boy Farms Freeze-Dried Raw Goat’s Milk, peanut butter, and honey. Thoroughly combine until the mixture forms a dough-like texture.
  3. Spread flour on a flat surface such as a countertop or cutting board, then roll out the dough and slice with your favorite holiday themed cookie cutters! We recommend this adorable winter cookie cutter set from Amazon.
  4. Place the cookies on your baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the dough is solid and golden. 
  5. Allow to cool for 10 – 15 minutes before serving to your pup!

🐟 Natoo Fishy Tuna Bites 🐟

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz can of tuna
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pouch Natoo Tuna & Brown Rice in Broth Topper

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place tuna in a blender or food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add in whole wheat flour and egg. Mix until combined.
  3. Spread flour on a flat surface such as a countertop or cutting board, then roll out the dough and slice with these adorable cat cookie cutters we found on Etsy! 
  4. Place cookies on baking sheet and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  5. Allow cookies to cool for 10 – 15 minutes, then top the cookies with a small scoop of Natoo Tuna & Brown Rice in Broth Topper.
  6. Serve to your favorite feline friend!
