Holistic Health Extension was primarily an East coast-distributed, allergy solution-specific pet food provider when they asked Matrix Partners to restage the brand to significantly accelerate three-year sales growth. After extensive competitive research and key account interviews, we proceeded to refresh the look of their entire line for greater relevance and target market appeal. After that, we engineered and implemented a 3-year marketing plan, from creating trade promotions and digital/print advertising to developing an entirely new trade show booth. To drive consumers to pet specialty and online retailers, we orchestrated everything from PR and social media messaging to couponing and POS support. Today, Holistic Health Extension sales are definitely on the rise. These premium products can be found in independent pet stores nationwide.
