When the owners of this dry and canned pet food recruited Matrix Partners to revamp their super-premium brand, our talented creative team came up with a bold, engaging logo and package design highlighting the key proteins, fruits and vegetables on every bag and label. For the dry formulas, we decided to showcase an industry-unique probiotic that supports healthy digestion, which we named ACTIV-8™. After conducting in-store consumer research, which validated the redesigned line’s shelf impact and appeal, we created booth graphics, sell-in support and POS materials. For an encore, we recently designed Replenish ALL, a complimentary line formulated for all life stages, breeds and nutritional needs. Results have been dramatic, with both distribution and sales increasing by triple digits annually since the relaunch in 2018.
